Prices & Quantities:

Any prices and quantities are subject to change without notice. Plant material is available to landscape contractors and nurserymen only. All prices are F.O.B. Worthington Farms, Inc. Prices do not include tie-down material, if needed.

Terms:

Cash, unless previous credit references have been approved. All accounts are subject to a 1.5 % interest charge per month if not paid in 30 days. Orders tagged in the field require a 25% deposit in order to be held. All orders must be picked up within two weeks of notification or an additional holding fee will be charged. All sales are final once an order is dug. Any dispute arising out of the sale of these goods shall be determined under the laws of the State of North Carolina, and the venue of any dispute shall be Pitt Co., NC. Worthington Farms, Inc. reserves the right to claim a reasonable attorney's fee.

Liability:

We guarantee that our trees and shrubs are true to name and healthy when loaded; however, we can not be held responsible for plants once they leave our nursery. Claims must be made in writing within 10 days of delivery. Worthington Farms, Inc. will be happy to correct any mistake made by us, but in no case will we be liable for more than the purchase price.

Cancellations:

If an order is cancelled after being dug, the acknowledged price will still be charged.

Shipping:

Shipping is available on our own trucks; call for rates.

Spring & Fall Booking:

We do accept spring and fall bookings under the conditions that fall bookings be picked up or shipped by December 1 and spring bookings be picked up or shipped by April 1. Any orders remaining after those dates will be considered void. Exceptions may apply with prior approval.
